The Hotel Prestigio is trying to do its part for the environment.
To strive for a better planet by avoiding waste and doing our bit, we are contributing to improving the way of life and our hotel takes part in the "Lifegate" project.
The hotel only uses renewable energy, or rather energy which doesn't pollute and is produced in a normal way without abusing the wonderful characteristics of planet Earth.
Clean energy is obtained through the sun (Solar Energy), the wind, water (hydropower) or the natural heat of the earth (geothermal power).
If you want a healthier and cleaner world, follow our example and adopt cleaner sources of energy.

Why use renewable energy?
In order to set a good example because approximately 83% of energy used in Italy comes from fossil fuels and these pollute the earth (they produce carbon dioxide), they are also limited and running out fast.
Renewable energy costs a little bit more but by forcing ourselves to use it we are helping research and helping costs to go down in the future along with not polluting the earth.
