My child has celiac disease. What do you offer?
Our hotel is listed among those that offer alternatives for guests with gluten allergies, as we are aware of this issue and our small, family-run size allows us to find suitable solutions. For example, we can provide gluten-free products for breakfast and prepare gluten-free pasta. However, we do not offer a complete and varied gluten-free menu like those provided by specialized hotels.
Our buffet is still quite extensive and, so far, it has allowed us to successfully accommodate all our guests with allergies or intolerances.
Please note: in our kitchen we use regular flour, and every meal may be subject to cross-contamination.

We will be happy, whenever possible, to adapt the menu according to your needs.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us at the time of booking, and it is always good practice to remind the dining room staff about any foods that may be dangerous for your health.

Can we have a reserved table at the restaurant?
Each guest has their own reserved table in the restaurant. You can help yourself at our rich buffet, while the first course, main course, and dessert are served at the table by our dining room staff.

We are a family-run hotel, where hospitality is personally managed by the owners.
Our property is small and welcoming, yet offers complete services. This allows us to provide a warm, attentive atmosphere that never feels impersonal.
Here, you are not just a number, but guests in our home.

The room is guaranteed by 2:00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival, although it will most likely be available earlier.
Registration at the reception is possible from 10:00 AM. While waiting for your room keys, you are welcome to use the pool changing rooms and enjoy the outdoor hot tub, or visit our partner beach establishment to use the umbrella and sunbeds that may be included in your offer.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
You are welcome to stay even after this time: the pool showers and changing rooms will remain available for your use.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, of course. Our hotel is equipped with a recently renovated elevator.
This allows easy access to all floors and is particularly convenient for families with strollers and elderly guests.
Are there steps to access the hotel?
There are three steps outside, but our hotel also has a side access ramp that allows easy entry into the building.
Inside the hotel, there is only one small step near the reception area.
๐พ We have a dog. Can it come on vacation with us?
Dogs are allowed in the common areas of the hotel.
To access the pool area and the restaurant, they must be well-behaved and already accustomed to public environments. If they bark or disturb other guests, we reserve the right to ask the owners to take them back to their room.
A €50 supplement is also required to cover the costs of cleaning the room and the common areas.
๐ฆฎ Can we bring our dog to the beach?
Your four-legged friends can also accompany you to the beach for an extra fee of €4 per day, to be paid directly at the beach establishment, subject to reservation.
The equipped umbrellas available for guests with dogs are limited in number and are located in the rows farthest from the sea, near the bar.
Registration is mandatory and must include identification details, the dog’s vaccination booklet, and the owner’s personal information.

Our partner beach establishment is Bagno “Pippo”, located about a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is 3 km from the historic center of Cesenatico, which can be easily reached by local bus or with our bicycles.

Yes, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, suitable for both adults and children. We also have a hot tub.
It is one of the most appreciated areas for families, perfect for moments of relaxation or fun.

During the summer season, starting from June 9, we offer entertainment moments and activities dedicated to children, making the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family.

We offer three possible parking options for your car:

Parking inside the hotel premises – Outdoor parking with some shaded spaces under trees. It costs €10 per day, available by reservation. Once reserved, the space is assigned to you, so you can leave with your car and find it available when you return.

Free enclosed parking area located 400 meters from the hotel. Spaces are not reserved, but there is enough room for everyone.

Our partner beach umbrellas are not located in the first rows.
A first-row umbrella requires an additional fee that depends on the row and the season. As an estimate, the extra cost is around €7 per day.

Is the “Open Bar” option available?
Our hotel does not offer an “Open Bar” formula with unlimited drinks throughout the day.
However, all beverages served in the restaurant during meals are included in the price of the stay.
In addition, for payments made in cash, we offer our guests a consumption voucher to be used at the hotel bar, proportional to the amount of the balance paid.

Drinks are included in the restaurant area, limited to those available at the self-service stations.
Any drinks consumed at the bar are considered extra and not included in the stay price.

The “Beach” service includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds (per room).
Drinks and food consumed on the beach are not included and must be purchased separately.

The pool is about 1 meter deep for most of its area, and about 1.40 meters deep for roughly one third of the pool.

To preserve the quality of the water, wearing a swim cap is mandatory for guests with hair longer than 15 cm.

No, all our guests, regardless of the package they have booked, can take part in the entertainment activities.

Yes, it is possible to guarantee a sea-view room upon request with a small supplement of €10 per day.
The same supplement also applies to guests who wish to choose a specific room in our hotel.
